What is the most common way to accidentally create duplicate person profiles in a tree?
Most duplicates are created when accepting Ancestry Hints®, attaching records, or saving a person from one tree to another. This article explains how to avoid creating duplicates in the future; to merge duplicates you already have, see Merging Duplicate People.
Can you block someone from seeing your tree on Ancestry?
From any page on Ancestry, click your name or username and select Site Preferences. Scroll to the Community Preferences section and click the block certain people link. To block someone, enter their username and click Block. To unblock someone, click Unblock next to their username.

Unless you delete them, any trees you’ve created in your account will remain on the site whether or not you have a membership. As a registered guest, you’ll be able to do the following with your tree: Adding and removing people and photos. Adding, deleting, and editing names, dates, and other facts.
Where can I get my family tree printed?

Can you save your family tree from ancestry com?
Downloading your tree from Ancestry® From any page on Ancestry, click the Trees tab and select a tree. From the tree, click the tree name menu in the top-left corner and select Tree Settings. On the right side of the Tree Settings page, click Export tree. The button will begin spinning and say Generating a GEDCOM file.
Can a husband and wife share an ancestry account?
Other adults (even spouses or other relatives) need to activate their kits on their own Ancestry accounts. Since accounts are created by using an email address, if you and another person use the same email address, one of you will have to create a new email address and then create a separate Ancestry account.
Can I have two family trees on Ancestry?
