Why do you wish to receive the sacrament of confirmation?

A special mark, or character, on the soul that can never be erased.
How do you get confirmed in the Catholic Church?
You stand or kneel before the bishop. Your sponsor lays one hand on your shoulder and speaks your confirmation name. The bishop anoints you by using oil of Chrism (a consecrated oil) to make the Sign of the Cross on your forehead while saying your Confirmation name and “Be sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit.”

How do I invite the Holy Spirit into my life?
If you want to let the Holy Spirit lead your life and walk by the Spirit, it’s a conscious choice you need to make each and every day. Pray that the Lord will fill you with His Spirit. Pray that you would walk by the Spirit. Then throughout your day, watch and listen for opportunities to obey the Spirit’s promptings.
What do you feel when you receive the Holy Spirit?
To help I would say that experiencing the Holy Spirit feels like: an utterance: the word that you speak are said aloud, and at times cannot be suppressed. It flows out like a river of living water. fire: or an intense sensation inside and on your body.

Yes. We have more senses that science teaches us that we have. When god touches a person people usually feel it in there soul. He can put his hand on your hand and you will feel that as well.
